So, the job opportunities is declining in IT market. We have got huge supply of IT engineers but no demand as it was before. More competitions for the same job which was so early to get before. More competitions at work place, More stress of performing better everyday. Re-skill, Upgrade.. Robots are evolving at workplace.

This sudden change was no where wanted...The mouth watering job which was offered as a piece of cake has now become curse.The not so aligned employees who got recruited a decade ago are now struggling to perform. They are being questioned. The job market is shrinking. These are the people who can not re-skill because they do not have the formal education.

They are the YOUNG INDIAN IT generation who thought to join IT before joining their colleges and did not do well as it was never their passion and they did not associate themselves with it. Engineering college was perceived as a way to heaven, happiness and utmost desire of high standard living in the society. The graduates did not get quality education as the resources and faculties were never given priorities resulting unsatisfactory jobs.
